Description of an Online Messenger
Online Messengers (OLMs) are private businesses contracted to provide driver licensing and vehicle registration services for customers via an online connection with PennDOT. The OLM charges the normal state fee plus a service fee for its service. In many cases, the product can be handed immediately over the counter to the customer. 3-Year Driver Record Requests
10-Year Driver Record Requests
Basic Non-Commercial Driver Record Requests
Full Driver Record Requests

Driver's License Duplicate / Replacement
Driver's License Renewal
Photo ID Address Change
Photo ID Card Renewal
Posting of Restoration Fee and Proof of Insurance for Driver’s License Suspensions
